Job Descriptions
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารshipping document (commercial invoice ,packaging list) ตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการหรือตามที่L/Cระบุ
- เตรียมเอกสารสำหรับ เดินพิธีการศุลกากร และ ประสานงานกับ บริษัท shipping
- จัดทำฟอร์ม Certificate of Origin เอกสารต่างๆสำหรับการส่งออก
ติดต่อประสานงานกับ freight Forwarder ติดตามและแก้ปัญหาการจัดส่งเพื่อให้การส่งออกเป็นไปตามแผนและตรวจทานเอกสารใบตราสิน ค้า(B/L),(AWB)
- ประสานงานภายในกับทีมขาย ,ทีมบัญชี
Qualifications
- สัญชาติไทย
- ความรู้เรื่องเอกสารส่งออก/นำเข้า
- ความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี
