Job Descriptions
- เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแหล่งต่างๆ เช่น ฐานข้อมูลของลูกค้า, ข้อมูลการเคลม, ความคุ้มครองผลประโยชน์ ฯลฯ นำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนส่วนงานและฝ่ายงาน - จัดทำรายงานการวิเคราะห์ที่ชัดเจนและเข้าใจง่าย โดยนำเสนอข้อมูลและผลการวิเคราะห์ให้แก่ผู้บริหารหรือทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง สามารถนำไปใช้ในการตัดสินใจในแต่ละด้านได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ - ประสานงานกับฝ่ายคณิตศาสตร์ ฝ่ายสินไหม ในการวิเคราะห์และนำเสนอรายงาน - ออกเยี่ยมลูกค้า คู่ค้า พัฒนาโมเดลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใหม่ ๆ เพื่อวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมของลูกค้าและแนวโน้มในตลาด เช่น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเคลม , การคาดการณ์ความต้องการของลูกค้า หรือการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ๆ ที่ตอบโจทย์กลุ่มลูกค้า - จัดทำรายงานทางสถิติ
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรีสาขา สถิติประกันภัย, สถิติประยุกต์, สถิติ, คณิตศาสตร์ประยุกต์, คณิตศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี ในด้านวิเคราะห์และจัดการข้อมูล
  3. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Vlookup) และ Power BI ได้อย่างเชี่ยวชาญ
  4. มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ (Analytical Thinking) ที่ยอดเยี่ยม
