Job Descriptions
1. Developing, improving line lay out and work flow to maintain and enhance process capability.
2. Monitoring and improving production process.
3. Cooperate with concern person to improvement maximize productivity.
4. Conduct the preparation of relevant data and prepare data documents used for improvement.
5. Drive, implement and enforce all improvement methodologies including kaizen, 7waste etc. those support the increase of productivity, quality, cost reduction, improvement of and KPI.
6. Able to train and share knowledge with other departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in IE Engineering or related.
- 2 years work experience in production supervisor or engineer.
- new graduates with high leadership
- Good leadership, good communication and good ability to manage the operator team.
- Good command in English.
