Job Descriptions
- Responsibility in area of Mechanics test - Prepares and executes lab activities related to the evaluation of appliances, in terms of functionality, safety, and performance. - Actively participates in the development of new projects. - Works autonomously, following established procedures and guidelines to contribute to improvement. - Solves a range of straightforward to complex problems. - Interacts with cross-functional teams, shares knowledge - Prioritizes and organizes own work to deliver to agreed deadlines - Applies knowledge/skills to a variety of standard day to day activities - Identifies and solves problems in straightforward situations; generates possible solutions, analyzes each using standard procedures - Contributes actively to team activities, sharing experience and ideas - Coaching team to solve the problems with strategic thinking together with sense of urgency. - Support Cost reduction and Quality improvement activities - Support Consumer Magazines activities - Coordinate with Global laboratory for equipment, test procedures, test manual, capability, and competence. - Validation laboratory facilities and equipment control - Validation laboratory capabilities and improvement planning
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor ’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or others related field.
  2. 3- 7 years’ experience in relevant experience, R&D
  3. SMT, Auto, Insert for PCBA
  4. Knowledge of PCB Part will be an advantage Integrity and honesty
  5. Good knowledge in LEAN, SIX SIGMA, SPC, MSA, etc.
  6. Design Failure Mode and Effects analysis
  7. Basic Microsoft Project
