Job Descriptions
-ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหา Hardware/Software เบื้องต้นให้กับพนักงาน
-ติดตั้งและอัพเดตโปรแกรมต่างๆรวมถึงระบบปฎิบัติการ
-ดูแลระบบเครื่อข่ายภายใน (LAN,WI-FI,ปริ้นเตอร์ และอื่นๆ)
-สำรองข้อมูลและดูแลระบบความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
-ประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการภายนอกเกี่ยวกับระบบไอที
-ให้คำแนะนำการใช้งานระบบให้กับพนักงาน
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 28-30ปี
- ปริญญาตรี/ โท สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในงาน IT SUPPORT อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถลงโปรแกรม WINDOWS ติดตั้งและดูแลระบบPOS รวมถึงติดตั้ง/ดูแลระบบกล้องวงจรปิด CCTV
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม SQL ได้
- สามารถวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้
