Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily production activities to meet production targets and quality standards - Implement and sustain lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve productivity - Lead continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of operational excellence - Manage and develop production staff, fostering teamwork and high performance - Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Management, or related field
Proven experience as a Production Manager in the food manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with lean manufacturing tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) is a plus
Willingness to relocate and work in Northern Thailand
Able to communicat in english
