Job Descriptions
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging service training programs tailored to operational needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training gaps and provide effective learning solutions.
- Support and lead Learning & Development initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide ongoing coaching or feedback where necessary.
- Champion a culture of learning and development across the organization.
- Ensure training materials are updated and aligned with brand standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills; ability to deliver training independently.
- High level of creativity, initiative, and organizational skills.
- A team player with a passion for delivering exceptional service and people development.
