Job Descriptions

1. Develop, maintain, and refine financial models to support investment decisions. 2. Conduct valuation analysis (comparable companies, precedent transactions, etc.) for potential deals. 3. Perform due diligence on investment opportunities, including industry research and financial statement analysis. 4. Assist in transaction execution, including pitchbook preparation and deal structuring. 5. Prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, and board reports with a focus on clarity and impact. 6. Support quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, and roadshows by analyzing financial results and market trends. 7. Communicate complex financial data effectively to senior management and external stakeholders. 8. Generate periodic financial reports (budget vs. actuals, forecasting, KPIs) for internal and external use. 9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Legal, Business Development) to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. MBA a plus.
2-3 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, or investor relations.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling (Excel) and valuation techniques.
Experience with presentation design (PowerPoint) and ability to distill complex data into clear visuals.
Knowledge of capital markets and financial statements.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for investor interactions.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
