Job Descriptions

Core Responsibilities (can be in charge of HR) : (1) Manage BOI (Thailand Board of Investment) preferential visa quotas to ensure compliance with investment conditions. (2) Regularly review visa documents and handle foreign employee visa, work permit application, extension and cancellation to ensure compliance with Thailand’s Immigration Law and the requirements of the Ministry of Labor. (3) Maintain good relations with the Thai Immigration Bureau, Ministry of Labor and BOI. (4) Liaise with BOI department and be responsible for the filing of materials and equipment in BOI system. (5) Responsible for the declaration, customs clearance and verification of BOI imported goods. (6) Understanding and implementation of BOI project export and tax rebate policies. (7) Coordinate and handle import and export business in a timely manner, and deal with emergencies such as visa rejections and immigration investigations. Job requirements: (1) More than 1 year of Thai visa/immigration work experience, familiar with WP3 and BOI visa procedures. (2) Be a Thai citizen or hold a Thai long-term residence permit to facilitate communication with the government. (3) Thai business proficiency + English/Chinese communication skills. (4) Have experience in visa management for manufacturing industry or multinational enterprises. (5) Be familiar with the restrictions on the proportion of foreign employees set by the Thai Ministry of Labor (e.g. some industries are prohibited from hiring foreigners). (6) Have handled immigration audits or complex visa rejection cases.

มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านวีซ่า/ตรวจคนเข้าเมืองของไทยมากกว่า 3 ปี คุ้นเคยกับขั้นตอนการขอวีซ่า WP3 และ BOI
เป็นพลเมืองไทยหรือมีใบอนุญาตพำนักระยะยาวของไทยเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการสื่อสารกับหน่วยงานราชการ
มีความสามารถทางธุรกิจของไทย + ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ/จีน
มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการวีซ่าสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตหรือบริษัทข้ามชาติ
คุ้นเคยกับข้อจำกัดเกี่ยวกับสัดส่วนของพนักงานต่างชาติที่กำหนดโดยกระทรวงแรงงานของไทย (เช่น บางอุตสาหกรรมห้ามจ้างคนต่างชาติ)
มีประสบการณ์การจัดการตรวจสอบคนเข้าเมืองหรือกรณีการปฏิเสธวีซ่าที่ซับซ้อน
