Job Descriptions
1.ควบคุมงาน-ตรวจสอบงานก่อสร้างให้เสร็จตามแผนงาน และตรงตามมาตรฐานงานก่อสร้าง
2.เช็คปริมาณ และควบคุมการใช้วัสดุภายใต้ Budget
3.ประสานงานระหว่างบริษัทกับผู้รับเหมาย่อย หรือเพื่อนร่วมงานในส่วนต่างๆ เพื่อสามารถนำทีมเข้าทำงาน
4.จัดทำแผนงาน ประเมินความเสียหายต่างๆ และแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานที่เกิดขึ้นได้
4.จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานได้ เช่น Payment , INVOICE, Request, Daily Report, BOQ, etc. ....
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 27 ปีขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- ขยัน และมีความอดทน ภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- มีความรับผิดชอบในงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Excel, Word, Power point, Auto cad, etc....
