Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for placing orders and following up on production;
2. Responsible for ensuring prompt goods delivery and payment collection;
3. Responsible for following up on quality, claims and after-sales issues and assisting to solve it;
4. Actively assisting in the project management, factory audit, customer reception and other related works, improving the satisfaction and loyalty of key account.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in international trade, economics, marketing or related discipline;
- Be proficient in using English and Chinese as working languages, those with international trade work experience are preferred;
- Possessing extensive knowledge of international trade, having a general familiarity with quotation, order taking, production follow-up, inspection, booking ships & warehouses and shipping;
- Be good at communication, coordination and implementation, performing all your duties conscientiously.
