Job Descriptions

1. Oversea and leading activities for import and local purchasing function. 2. Purchasing, Supplier suggestions Technical Ideas, Import transportation cost and performance analysis. 3. Focusing on the on times delivery status for import and local purchasing. 4. Issued and control product claim with supplier, feed back the claim report to supplier 5. Continuous improving all physical and information flow for purchasing process. 6. Countinue and improve the process, according to ISO or company way. 7. Measuring the purchasing performance through the implementation. 8. Verify or review purchasing documents. 9. Providing and planning of suitable training for purchasing staff. 10. Other work has been on assignment.

Qualifications

Age: 26-35 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Oversea Purchasing.
Proficient in English communication skills—speaking, reading, and writing (TOEIC 600 up)
Experience in overseas purchasing, importing, exporting, ordering planning, making purchase orders document.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Can start working immediately is a plus.
