Job Descriptions
-Overall managerial and professional responsibility for the Molding Injection process -Oversee injection operation process to meet quality. -Analyze mold problems and facilitate for all mold improvements activities -Align Quality standards within Production department. -Monitor and report issues with injection molds, make recommendations for refurbishment based on production factors such as cycles, process capability and tooling history. -Facilitate and support facility and manufacturing safety, environmental, and ergonomics efforts. -Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and maximum output, ensuring that production is cost effective, making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality. -Respond to problems by performing corrective technical or mechanical solutions. -Work with upper management to implement the company’s policies and goals. -Supervise and motivate a team of Molding personnel, including reviewing the performance of subordinates and manage the adherence to work instructions and procedures to ensure complete compliance to the Quality Management System process. -Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor / Master degree in Engineering, Science or any related field
  2. Experience: At least 7 years in Mold Fabrication / New Mold Making / Mold Production Process of Die Casting
  3. Proficient in project management, strong awareness of cost control and innovation, strong overall concept and service awareness.
  4. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  5. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, honesty and trustworthy, courage to make decisions and take responsibility, strong principles, strong communication skills, organizational coordination skills and team leadership.
  6. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, Chinese is a plus.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Experience with risk assessment and mitigation planning.
  9. Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques
