Job Descriptions
Industry: Automation Location: Silom ・Serve as Assistant Manager of the After-Sales Service sales team, reporting directly to the Japanese General Manager. ・Manage a small team of 4-5 members. ・Work closely with existing clients to: 　　- Prepare and submit quotations for replacement parts due to breakdowns or equipment aging. 　　- Explain technical proposals to clients and support the sales process from start to finish. 　　- Proactively suggest preventive part replacements and upgrades based on site evaluation seven before clients make a request. ・Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients to ensure proper understanding of system performance and maintenance needs. ・Take initiative in identifying sales opportunities within after-sales service. ・Support and train junior members as needed. ・Prepare to take over as Manager of the team in the near future.
Qualifications
  1. Background in sales engineering, ideally in the material handling, automation, or logistics equipment industry.
  2. Working experience as Sales engineer in related or similar industry at lease 5 years.
  3. Need Management experience as leader or supervisor
  4. Experience with large-scale equipment, particularly in field service or engineering roles.
  5. Strong understanding of client site operations and hands-on technical knowledge.
  6. A proactive sales mindset with the ability to identify and propose new service opportunities.
  7. Ability to explain technical content to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
