Job Descriptions
- ตอบแชทเพื่อช่วยเหลือ และแก้ปัญหาลูกค้า และโทรออกเพื่อสอบถามข้อมูลจากลูกค้าในกรณีที่ลูกค้าแจ้งข้อมูลมาไม่ครบ
- ให้คำแนะนำ แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น และให้ความช่วยเหลือ
- ทำงาน 5 วันหยุด 2 วัน ทำงานเป็นกะ
- เวลางาน : 09.00 - 18.00 น. , 14.00 - 23.00 น. (กะเดือนต่อเดือน)
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- อายุ 22 - 35 ปี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ขั้นพื้นฐานได้
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน call center / telesales มาก่อน อย่างน้อย 3 เดือน
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
