Job Descriptions
Responsibilities :
1.Monitor and manage reservations from various online platforms.
2.Manage customer communications related to changes, inquires, and cancellations.
3.Maintain and optimize listings on Online Travel Agency platforms, ensuring rates, availability, and service information and up to date.
4.Liaise with Online Travel Agency representatives to troubleshoot and fix any listing issues.
5.Collaborate with agents and referral partners to boost booking volume through external networks.
6.Utilize sales strategies to turn inquiries into confirmed bookings.
7.Establish and adjust reservation pricing in line with internal guidelines and current market trends.
8.Lead a small team associates.
Qualifications
- Male / Female
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality or a related subject.
- Minimum of 5 years in sakes, reservation, business development, hospitality or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Highly motivated with a sales-driven mindset, with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
