Job Descriptions
1.การเตรียมคำสั่งหรือโค้ดสำหรับควบคุมเครื่องเลเซอร์ตัดโลหะหรือวัสดุต่าง ๆ ให้ทำงานได้อย่างแม่นยำตามแบบที่ต้องการ
2.การอ่านและตีความแบบ(Drawing Interpretation)
3.กำหนดค่าพลังงานเลเซอร์ ความเร็วในการตัด ความดันแก๊ส และชนิดของแก๊ส (เช่น ออกซิเจน ไนโตรเจน) ตามวัสดุและความหนา
4. จัดเรียงชิ้นงานให้ใช้วัสดุอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ (Nesting)
5.ตรวจสอบการเคลื่อนที่ของหัวเลเซอร์ล่วงหน้าในซอฟต์แวร์ว่าไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด
6.การประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต/ช่างเครื่อง
Qualifications
- เพศชาย
- อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- การศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย/ปวช. ขึ้นไป ในสาขาการออกแบบเครื่องกล ,CNC
- มีประสบการณ์ในการเขียนโปรแกรม และเชี่ยวชาญการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ AutoCAD ,SolidWorks , ProE
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับพารามิเตอร์การตัดแผ่นโลหะ
