1. **End-to-End Order Management** - Receive and review customer orders to ensure accuracy of product specifications, delivery timelines, payment terms, and other details. - Track order execution progress, coordinate with production, logistics, and quality inspection departments to address changes in delivery schedules, urgent requests, and other unexpected issues. - Manage order closure processes, verify export documents (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, packing lists), and assist in payment collection and post-sales feedback resolution. 2. **Client Reception and Relationship Management** - Host overseas clients (including Thai, English-speaking, and Chinese-speaking regions), arrange business negotiations, factory tours, and travel/accommodation logistics. - Maintain regular communication via email, phone, and video conferences to address product inquiries, resolve complaints, and conduct satisfaction surveys. - Build and update client profiles, document collaboration updates and potential needs, and support the development of tiered client management strategies. 3. **Market Research and Analysis** - Collect target market intelligence, including trends, competitor activities, and shifts in client demands. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for market strategies and product development. 4. **Product Optimization Support** - Gather client feedback on products, collaborate with R&D and production teams to refine product features, designs, and quality to meet diverse market and client requirements. ### 5. **Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Administrative Support** - Assist in contract drafting and quotation preparation. - Manage daily administrative tasks, including meeting minutes, document filing, and expense reimbursement processing.

Qualifications

Male / Female
Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Marketing, Business English, or a related field.
Fluency in Thai and English (written and spoken) for seamless communication with clients in Thailand and English-speaking countries. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus for internal team collaboration.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/order management within manufacturing or international trade industries. Candidates with experience in communications or furniture product sectors are preferred.
Familiarity with market research, marketing strategy, and CRM practices. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools.
Proficiency in Office Suite and ERP systems; ability to generate reports and perform basic data analysis.
Knowledge of international trade processes (e.g., Letters of Credit, customs clearance, logistics).
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Team-oriented, detail-oriented, and accountable.
Adaptability to travel and flexible work arrangements, with resilience under pressure.
