Job Descriptions
1.วางแผนกำลังคน เครื่องจักร วัสดุ และเวลาในการผลิต 2.ตรวจสอบให้กระบวนการเป็นไปตามแผน 3.แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า เช่น เครื่องจักรเสีย หรือวัตถุดิบขาด 4.วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อลดของเสีย ลดเวลา เพิ่มผลผลิต 5.สามารถนำหลัก Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma หรือ TPM มาใช้ในกระบวนการ 6.ตรวจสอบว่าแต่ละขั้นตอนผลิตได้สินค้าตามมาตรฐาน ร่วมวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของของเสียและแก้ไข 7.รายงานผลผลิต รายงานของเสีย รายงานประสิทธิภาพ 8.ออกแบบหรือปรับปรุง Layout หรือสายการผลิต 9.ถ่ายทอดวิธีทำงานที่ถูกต้อง ปลอดภัย และมีคุณภาพ
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ
  2. อายุระหว่าง 22- 30ปี
  3. ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ เครื่องกล การจัดการอุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office , PowerPoint , AutoCAD , SolidWorks
  5. ความรู้ด้าน วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ / เครื่องกล / ไฟฟ้า / เมคคาทรอนิกส์
  6. ความเข้าใจในระบบคุณภาพ เช่น ISO 9001
  7. ทักษะวิเคราะห์ปัญหา และการสื่อสารกับทีมงาน
  8. ประสบการณ์ทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 1ปี
