- Ensure weekly service efficiency (computer generated) is collated and reported when required
- Responsible for re-scheduling service routes for maximum service efficiency results
- Manage all routes to ensure completion and work proactively to ensure cover during of sickness and holidays of routes and advise the Business Manager of deficiencies in service
- Carry out monthly vehicle report checks, and ensure that all vehicles are regularly maintained and kept in a clean/ roadworthy condition and that drivers are completing their paperwork
- Ensure that all service personnel doing the service punctually and refer to quality standard
- Arrange and hold service meetings at least bi-monthly to benefit the drivers and service admin team
- Keep the Branch Manager informed about any service personnel problems/ difficulties regarding Health and Safety Issues
- Carry out visits to premises as part of a quality control check from instruction by the Business Manager and in response to any customer complaint that is service related
- Conduct review and appraisal to service personnel at least twice a year
- Prepare unit and material forecast on monthly basis
- Random weight checks on all service vehicles
- Responsible for completeness of branch proof of services in order to support DSO
- Ensure branch operational expenses will be under the budget setting and monitor the transaction accuracy
- Manage the KPIs of Operation Function e.g. Service Planning, Stage of Service (SOS), Client Retentions, Material Consumable, 2/24, Customers Voice Count etc.
- Responsible the company fixed-assets especially the plant equipment
- Monitor and Responsible the staff retention for managing day-to-day operation effectively
- Other tasks assigned by superior
Qualifications - Any genders Age 30 - 45 years
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Administration, Entomology, Pest Management, Agriculture, Economy and/or any related fields
- Working experience 5 years or more
- Good command of English in spoken and written
- Experienced in service industry in the consumer or B2B business environment in a Multi-National Company
- Competent User of Microsoft Office software packages especially Excel (Pivot and VLookup Functions), PowerPoint
- Familiar in Service Industries either Pest Control, Hygiene or General Services
