Job Descriptions

- Oversee and arrange training and development opportunities for the production team. - Plan and organize the implementation and upkeep of new products and processes, while seeking ways to improve existing ones. - Give and receive feedback when changes occur that could affect business. - Manage and enhance safety, health, and environmental systems and procedures. - Support the Production Manager in overseeing minor factory projects and provide technical input on major projects. - Regularly monitor and review production costs against the budget, and find ways to add value to the production process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
3+ years experience in food or beverage manufacturing
Proficient in both English and Thai
In-depth knowledge of food or beverage processing units and relevant equipment
Service-oriented and capable of performing well under pressure with minimal supervision
Excellent project management skills and the ability to think quickly
Experience managing a team in a production line environment
SAP experience
TPM knowledge is preferred
