Job Descriptions
-To support credit shield migration after OD1 total 60,000 customer transfer form citi to UOB
-To prepare credit shield cancellation file and refund to operation team to update load in card system
-To coordinate with insurance company on customer claim and provide tracking claim report
- Coordinate of complaint case and follow up with partner to response back for all sale channels
-To supporting all invoices/cheques collection from all partners/revenue booking instruction to RLOC for PFS/BB/CMB sale channel
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- อายุ 23 - 38 ปี
- Excellence in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel)
- Well communication
- มีประสบการณ์ Admin Support จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี
