Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ/ดูแลข้อมูลใบสั่งซื้อเข้าสู่ระบบ และสนับสนุนงานฝ่ายขายที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2. ติดต่อประสานงาน ทำหน้าที่เป็นจุดติดต่อหลักระหว่างลูกค้าหลักและทีมงานภายใน 3. รวบรวมและจัดทำ Report งานขาย, ความคืบหน้าต่างๆ 4. จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวกับการขาย เช่น Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order และ Shipment เป็นต้น 5. งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายเกี่ยวกับการขาย
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 22 - 30 ปี ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. สามารถเรียนรู้และใช้ระบบการจัดการองค์กรแบบรวมศูนย์ หรือ SAP
  3. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับเอกสารการขาย
  4. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ สามารถติดต่อและทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
  5. มีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 1-2 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. มีไหวพริบ รอบคอบ และบริหารจัดการได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
