Job Descriptions
1. รวบรวมรายงานการขายประจำวัน (ข้อมูลจาก POS ) และรายงานกระทบยอดขาย (ข้อมูลมาจากฝ่ายขาย) 2. กระทบยอดขายตามรายการขายประจำวันจากระบบ POS ตามช่องทางการชำระเงิน 3. กระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคารและสถานะการชำระเงิน 4. ตรวจสอบและออกใบกำกับภาษีประจำวัน 5. วางบิล ติดตามการชำระหนี้ และขอระงับการใช้งานรหัสลูกค้าที่ผิดนัดชำระเงิน 6. บันทึกรับชำระลูกหนี้ในระบบ E-Count 7. ตรวจสอบโปรโมชั่นในช่องทางการขายที่รับผิดชอบ 8. ประสานงานกับลูกค้า, ฝ่ายขาย และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น 9. จัดทำรายงานทางบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น รายงานประมาณการกระแสเงินสดรับ, รายงานลูกหนี้, รายงานการรับเงิน 10. ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายการเงิน/การบัญชี และประกาศที่เกี่ยวข้อง 11. สนับสนุนการทำงานในทีมบัญชีลูกหนี้ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี (บัญชี/การเงิน)
  2. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบงานบัญชีลูกหนี้ และการลงบัญชีทางด้านรายได้
  3. มีความสามารถในการใช้ Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Microsoft Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  4. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสารประสานงาน
  5. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ตรงต่อเวลา และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
