Job Descriptions
1. กำกับ และดูแลหน่วยงานวิศวกรรมทั้งหมด 2. วางแผน และ ควบคุมการทำงานของฝ่ายวิศวกรรม เพื่อลดปัญหาการ Breakdown ของเครื่องจักร 3. จัดทำแผน Preventive Maintenance ในหน่วยงาน พร้อมการบำรุงรักษา เครื่องจักร 4. จัดทำแผนการบำรุงรักษาอาคารสถานที่ 5. จัดทำแผน ควบคุม งบประมาณค่าใช้จ่ายในหน่วยงานเพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด 6. ประสานงานและส่งฝึกอบรมพนักงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการใช้เครื่องจักรในกระบวนการผลิต 7. ปฏิบัติงานและจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพต่างๆ เช่น GMP & HACCP / BRC / ISO / HALAL / Kosher / FSSC 22000 เป็นต้น 8. กำกับ ดูแลระบบ สาธารณูปโภค (Utility) ทั้งระบบ 9. วางแผนและจัดสรรงบประมาณรายเดือนและรายปี
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวส / ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการ/หัวหน้า วิศวกรรม 3-5 ปีขึ้นไป (ในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร/เครื่องดื่ม)
  3. มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการ การวิเคราะห์ แก้ปัญหา และกล้าตัดสินใจ
  4. มีภาวะผู้นำและทักษะการบริหารและพัฒนาทีมได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกในการทำงานและมีมนุษสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน
  6. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง กระตือรือร้น และสามารถปรับตัวได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
  7. สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และบริหารลดความขัดแย้งได้เป็นอย่างดี
