Job Descriptions

Working Day : Mon-Fri 08.00-17.00 Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis: •Perform daily and monthly data analysis to assess the performance of the Sales and Marketing departments. •Compare actual performance to budget and identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. 2. Forecasting & Budgeting: •Develop accurate sales and marketing forecasts based on historical performance data. •Assist in preparing the annual budget and ensure that it aligns with business objectives. •Calculate incentive structures and support the sales team with incentive plans. 3. Reporting: •Prepare and present comprehensive reports for management, including performance summaries and actionable recommendations. •Communicate key insights from data to assist in decision-making at the management level. 4. Collaboration: •Work closely with a team of 2 Data Analysts to ensure effective data handling and analysis within the department. •Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in data reporting.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in Sales or Marketing-related fields
Strong Excel skills and knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus..
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong written communication skills in English are essential for preparing reports and presentations.
