HRD (40%)
•Plan and implement employee training and development programs according to the annual training plan.
•Coordinate with department heads to analyze training needs (TNA).
•Prepare training reports, track participation, and evaluate post-training effectiveness.
•Promote and support activities and initiatives related to people development to enhance employee performance and retention.
HRM (60%)
•Oversee and review payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely payment, including overtime, bonuses, and other compensations.
•Manage the company’s Provident Fund and Social Security Fund, including communication with relevant external parties.
•Calculate personal income tax, withholding tax, and prepare necessary tax documentation (e.g., PND 1, 1K, 91).
•Support employee relations activities and engagement programs.
•Maintain and update HR documents and employee databases accurately.
•Provide advice to employees on benefits, entitlements, and company policies.
•Support the HR Director in implementing HR policies and other assigned projects
