Job Descriptions
1.จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือนเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลพนักงาน เช่น การลา การขาดงาน 2.ตรวจสอบและจัดการเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานHR เช่น Payroll, Attendance, และการขออนุมัติวันลา 3.ดูแลกระบวนการสรรหาและคัดเลือกพนักงาน (Recruitment) รวมถึงสัมภาษณ์และประสานงานกับหัวหน้างานในแต่ละแผนก 4.การเตรียมสัญญาจ้างพนักงาน 5.Compliance ; จัดการด้านประกันสังคมเงินสมทบ และสวัสดิการอื่น ๆ 6.ประสานงานติดตามผลการพัฒนาของพนักงานและสรุปรายงาน Direct to HR Operations Manager 8.จัดทำงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 25-30 ปี
  2. การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
  3. มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานด้านกฎหมายแรงงานและกระบวนการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล
  4. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HR โรงแรม จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
  6. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office
  7. สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่เกาะพะงัน จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานีได้
