HR Specialist (Recruiting for Project Documentation Coordinator) Type: Freelance / Remote Location: Preferably based in Thailand (remote is acceptable) Languages: Fluent in English and Thai We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist / Recruiter to help us find and hire a Project Documentation Coordinator — a key team member responsible for managing communication and coordination between architects, designers, engineers, and construction teams.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience recruiting for architecture, engineering, or construction-related roles.
  2. Understanding of the Thai job market and online recruiting tools.
  3. Ability to write clear, attractive job listings and identify the right match.
  4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  5. Fluent in English and Thai.
  6. Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  7. Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
  8. Experience with visa and work permit procedures for foreign staff is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities: Understand the requirements and role of the Project Documentation Coordinator (we will provide the full job description). Post the job on relevant platforms (e.g., JobsDB, LinkedIn, Thai job boards, industry-specific channels). Source and screen candidates based on their qualifications and experience. Conduct preliminary interviews (we will provide the structure). Present 3–5 top qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews between selected candidates and our team. Manage onboarding process and internal communication with selected candidates and team members. Administer staff records and support general team management tasks. Assist with work permit and visa processing for foreign staff. Utilize HR software or tools to manage recruitment and team communication. Optional: assist with contract setup or additional onboarding support if needed. --- Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. Familiarity with HR platforms and software tools. Understanding of architectural or creative team structures is a plus. Good communication skills in both Thai and English. Experience with visa and work permit procedures for foreign staff is highly valued. --- Work Format: Freelance or project-based payment (open to negotiation). Flexible working hours. Potential for long-term collaboration on other roles and projects if successful.
