Job Descriptions
1.ติดตามการรับและประมวลผลคำสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้า 2.ควบคุมตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลในคำสั่งซื้อ 3.ประสานงานฝ่ายจัดส่งและฝ่ายอื่นๆ 4.ควบคุมการจัดเตรียมและดูแลเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขาย เช่น ใบเสนอราคา และใบแจ้งหนี้ 5.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลในเอกสารการขายให้สอดคล้องกับเงื่อนไขที่ตกลงกับลูกค้า 5.ประสานงานกับทีมขาย 6.จัดการข้อมูลลูกค้า 7.ติดตามประสานงานการจัดส่งสินค้า 8.ติดตามการชำระเงิน 9.จัดทำรายงานชำระเงิน 10.จัดทำรายงาน 11.อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 24 ปี ขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขา การจัดการ,การบริหาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป NIRVANA,MS Office (Word,Excel,Power Point) Website
  5. สามารถอ่านเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้
