Job Descriptions
The Junior Business Development Representative plays a key role in researching industry opportunities, supporting sales efforts, managing company materials, tracking sales data, and coordinating meetings. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for the animation, VFX, and CGI industry.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. At least 3 year of experience in sale.
  3. TOEIC 700+ or equivalent
  4. Research festivals, funding programs, and potential clients/partners to identify business opportunities.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  6. Respond to initial sales inquiries and schedule meetings.
  7. Assist in client communication and follow-ups.
  8. Maintain and update company reels, profiles, and pitch decks.
  9. Track sales data and keep the Odoo CRM system updated.
  10. Schedule and prepare for meetings, company visits, and networking events.
  11. Learn about business models in animation and basic financial concepts.
  12. Outgoing, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  13. Strong in communication, organization, and research.
  14. Able to balance creativity with structure and follow-through.
  15. Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  16. MBTI: ENFJ, ENTJ, ESTP, ESFP (social and structured).
  17. DISC: High I (Influence), C (Conscientiousness), or S (Steadiness) to complement a high-D, high-I leader.
