Job Descriptions
1.Responsible for placing orders for assigned products.
2.Negotiate prices with suppliers.
3.Compare product prices.
4.Prepare and verify documents related to purchasing goods from the company’s suppliers, following up on tasks from purchasing staff.
5.Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments (both internal and external) to assist purchasing staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing / procurement, particularly in international sourcing, retail, consumer goods, or other dynamic business companies, is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365.
- Excellent negotiation skills, proactive thinking, and strong management abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both English and Chinese.
