Job Descriptions
- รับออเดอร์จากลูกค้าร้านค้าตัวแทน/ดีลเลอร์ ผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์
- ดูแลข้อมูลลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับคลังสินค้าเพื่อเช็คสต็อกและวางแผนการจัดส่ง
- ติดตามสถานะคำสั่งซื้อและแจ้งข้อมูลให้ลูกค้าทราบอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นให้กับลูกค้า
- หาช่องทางการขายใหม่ๆ เพื่อขยายฐานลูกค้า
Qualifications
- อายุ 23 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ขายของออนไลน์ (ขายบน Platform Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok)
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
- สามารถปฎิบัติงาน 6 วันได้
