Job Descriptions
Manage online activity in warehouse • Arrange online orders sent to APL warehouse to prepare the goods. • Booking trucks with logistic suppliers and follow trucks arrive to warehouse on time. • Prepare and prinout online orders' labels and release to APL warehouse on time. • Solving TCL ARK system and operation issues to ensure pick up and outbound efficency. Manage offline activity in warehouse • Create DN and release orders for offline to suppliers and print out invoice in SAP system. • Create transfer order and manage warehouse transfer the physical goods when after-service request goods exchange for customer. • Create transfer order and manage warehouse transfer the physical goods when after-service request goods for repair and move goods sent to grade A, B, C and D •Release the replace SO and create return DN for after-service replace orders, control the return goods inbound to warehouse on time • All other duties that are assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications
  1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, base in warehouse
  2. Basic written and verbal communication skills both in Thai and in English
  3. Experience in warehouse management online and offline ,can assist supply chain supervisor to manage inventory
  4. Have service mind with good working attitude
