About the role

The Modern Trade Sales Manager shall drive sales growth and build strong relationships with major retailers chains. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in negotiating and managing sales in a competitive retail environment. Ensuring that the products can be reached to the end-user hands and well-known in all region markets. Responsibilities; - Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the modern trade sector. - Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to adapt strategies that maximize sales performance across modern trade channels. - Negotiate contracts and trading terms with modern trade partners to ensure profitable and sustainable partnerships. - Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and performance metrics. - Collaborate with the marketing department to design and implement promotional campaigns specifically tailored for modern trade channels. - Monitor sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies. - Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to ensure efficient product availability and distribution in line with sales forecasts.
