Qualifications
- มีความรู้ในเรื่องคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ดี
- ใช้อุปกรณ์สำนักงานได้ดี
- สามารถพิมพ์ดีดไทยและอังกฤษได้คล่อง
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- รองรับความกดดันและทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
- มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- ยอมรับคำวิจารณ์และรับฟังความคิดเห็นของผู้อื่นได้ดี รายละเอียดงาน
- จดบันทึกรายงานการประชุมในแต่ละวันของหัวหน้าแผนก
- จดบันทึกรายงานการประชุมประจำเดือนของผู้บริหารภายใน
- ประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆในเรื่องการประชุมต่างๆและที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำนัดหมายและติดตามผลในงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้จัดการทั่วไป
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
