    Job Summary Responsible for strategic and operate the compensation and benefits, processes time attendance to calculate payroll, so that employees receive the correct salary on time, including submitting reports related to the government Responsibilities 1.Plan strategies and handle salary and benefits 2.Check time attendance of employees all items are concern salary 3. Calculate salary and wages for each month and other payments incurred in paying salary in that month. 4. Check and monitor overtime of employees 5. Make the salary report 6. Prepare salary certificate documents and other certificates that employee request. 7. Investigate and punish in the event that employees commit disciplinary actions. 8. Coordinate with government such as the Revenue Department,Social Security Office and other. 9. Submit reports to government 10. Set authorization approval of E-HRM system 11. Perform the other tasks as assigned by the superior which is not against work regulations, rules, procedure, and relevant operational, safety, quality documents
