บริการหลังการขาย
- ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์,การใช้งาน
- ให้คำแนะนำการรับประกันสินค้า
- แจ้งวิธีการส่งเคลมสินค้า
- รับเรื่องร้องเรียนสินค้าและบริการ
- รับพัสดุและเบิกสินค้าเคลม
- ลงบันทึกการประสานงานกับลูกค้าทุก
ช่องทาง เช่น โทรศัพท์ Facebook ฯลฯ
การบริหารงานขาย
- เสนอสินค้าใหม่,การส่งเสริมการขาย
- หาลูกค้าใหม่-ดูแลลูกค้าเก่า
(Dealer,Marketing Online)
- ติดตามตรวจสอบงานขาย เช่นยอดเงินโอน
เปิดบิลเงินสด ฯลฯ
ประสานงานทั่วไป
- ประสานงานภาขนอก เช่น การวางบิล,รับเช็ด
- ประสานงานภายใน เช่น การลางาน,เช็คคิว
พนักงานส่งเอกสาร
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของบริษัทฯ
Qualifications
- ปวช. – ปริญญาตรีการตลาด /ขาย/บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ Customer service 1 ปีขึ้นไป
