Job Descriptions
1.Establish an appropriate system to launch the new and modified product into the mass production stage 2.Follow up status of all new and modified products, processes, equipment, and material until it is approved as per required standard 3.Initiate Engineering Qualification Plan of new and modified products, processes, equipment, and material. 4.Monitor and improve production yield and process capability 5.Investigate and define the cause of problem detected in production processand take proper corrective and preventive action to eliminate that problem 6.Maintain the system for engineering drawing and engineering change 7.Generate data/reports to concerned parties as required 8.Establish and maintain process standard time 9.Support department quality objective and target 10.Take responsibility for any duty assigned by Engineering Manager or supervisor according to legal requirement 11.Support all company's activities in respect with ISO9000, ISO14001 and other activities which are required for improving company profit and reputation
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ME / IE / EE / MFG Engineer).
  2. Engineering background with capability of process control and Industrial Engineering
  3. Good to use PC, Microsoft Office, and/or other engineering software is a plus.
  4. Good Knowledge of Project Management
  5. Knowledge of Statistical/FMEA/Quality Basic tools
  6. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
  7. Strong leadership with high responsibilities and able to work under pressure
  8. Strong in problem-solving, decision making and analytical skills, Team player
  9. Ability to work independently with high enthusiastic
  10. Good command of spoken and written English
  11. Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO9001/ TS16949
