This role involves prospecting potential investors, presenting business opportunities, and guiding them through the franchising process. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for the education industry.
Job description:
- Connect with potential franchise partners and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Present the franchise model and negotiate agreements.
- Build strong relationships to support long-term success.
- Provide ongoing support to new franchisees.
- Track sales performance and share insights with management.
- Work with marketing, finance, and operations to drive growth.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and franchise site visits.
- New graduates are welcome!
- Earn incentives based on franchise sales performance.
- Good command of English
