สถานที่ทำงาน: ร้าน PICHET Wine Bar – โครงการ 24BLVD สุขุมวิท 24 (ข้างโรงแรม Davis Bangkok) https://g.co/kgs/hd3YXW5 - เวลาทำงาน: 15.00 – 01.00 น. (หยุดสัปดาห์ละ 1 วัน) หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ •ควบคุมดูแลการทำงานของทีมงานหน้าร้านให้มีประสิทธิภาพ •ดูแลคุณภาพการให้บริการ และประสบการณ์ของลูกค้า •ทำงานร่วมกับผู้จัดการร้าน (GM) เพื่อพัฒนาบรรยากาศในร้าน •แก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน และบริหารทีมให้ทำงานร่วมกันได้ดี สวัสดิการ •ประกันสังคม •สิทธิลาป่วย ลากิจ ลาพักร้อน (เมื่อทำงานครบ 1 ปี) ▸ ลาป่วยไม่เกิน 30 วัน/ปี ▸ ลากิจ 3 วัน/ปี ▸ ลาพักร้อน 6 วัน/ปี •รับประกันค่าบริการขั้นต่ำ 5,000 บาท/เดือน •ชุดยูนิฟอร์ม •อาหารพนักงาน •โอกาสเติบโตในสายงาน •บรรยากาศการทำงานสนุก ทีมอบอุ่น มีการสนับสนุนที่ดี การเดินทาง BTS สถานีพร้อมพงษ์ ต่อวินมอเตอร์ไซค์เข้าซอยสุขุมวิท 24 (ค่าวินประมาณ 15 บาท)
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา: ป.ตรี ขึ้นไป
  2. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 25 – 40 ปี
  3. มีความรู้เรื่องไวน์และเครื่องดื่มเป็นอย่างดี
  4. มีประสบการณ์บริหารร้านอาหารหรือบาร์ อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  5. มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ การสื่อสาร และการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
  6. สื่อสารภาษาไทยและอังกฤษได้ดี
  7. มีความรู้ในการควบคุมต้นทุน บริหารทีม และจัดการบริการ
  8. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ บริหารร้านอาหาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
