แผนก : ฝ่ายธุรการ สถานะ : พนักงานประจำ ผู้บังคับบัญชา : ผู้จัดการทั่วไป วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน (Job Purpose) -ดูแลงานธุรการทั่วไปในสำนักงาน เช่น งานเอกสาร การจัดซื้อเบื้องต้น การติดต่อประสานงาน และสนับสนุนงานของหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ภายในบริษัท เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น หน้าที่หลัก/กิจกรรมหลัก(Key Responsibilities and Activities) -จัดเก็บเอกสารทั่วไปของบริษัทให้เป็นระเบียบ -พิมพ์และจัดเตรียมเอกสารต่าง ๆ เช่น ใบเสนอราคา ใบสั่งซื้อ ใบส่งของ -ติดต่อประสานงานภายในองค์กร และกับลูกค้า/ซัพพลายเออร์ -ตรวจสอบ/สั่งซื้ออุปกรณ์สำนักงานเบื้องต้นเมื่อจำเป็น -ช่วยเหลืองานในแผนกอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 20-35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาชั้น ม.6 / ปวช. / ปวส. หรือเทียบเท่า
  3. หากมีประสบการณ์งานธุรการจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์ก็ได้)
  4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
  5. มีความรับผิดชอบ สุภาพ ซื่อสัตย์ และมีทัศนคติที่ดี
  6. มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์เป็นอย่างดี
