Job Descriptions

- Manage and enhance the company’s extranet system to ensure efficient access to information and data for employees. - Oversee IT operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating data systems and infrastructure. - Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and systems that align with organizational goals. - Ensure robust data security, backup systems, and network access across the organization. - Lead knowledge management initiatives, promoting effective system usage and employee training. - Manage the annual IT budget while ensuring operational cost-efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in IT system management and support.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus software, and hardware/software installation.
Proficient in network security and management including LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Internet systems.
Skilled in IT project management, business system development, and relational database usage.
