- Conduct site assessments to determine structural integrity - Develop detailed demolition plans and timelines - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards - Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors - Obtain necessary permits and approvals for demolition projects - Oversee the teardown and clearance of structures safely - Implement and monitor safety protocols to protect workers and the public - Manage budgets and resources effectively - Ensure proper disposal and recycling of demolition materials - Conduct post-demolition site inspections and report findings - Collaborate with engineers, architects, and environmental scientists - Utilize various demolition methods and techniques depending on project requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
Experience with demolition and construction projects at least 5 years
Knowledge of state and federal demolition regulations
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Advanced understanding of safety protocols and risk management
Fluent English communication skills, both verbally and written.
