Job Descriptions
1. Draft, review, negotiate on legal documents and contracts in Thai and English;
2. Consultation on legal issues, provision of legal advice
3. Coordinate with outside counsel on legal matters, disputes and litigations
4. Provide regular trainings and guidance to functional departments.
5. Contract document management
Qualifications
- 3 years (or more) of corporate legal expertise
- Good English, Chinese is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Sound judgment and ability to translate legal issues
- Law degree and relevant qualifications
