Job Descriptions

1.To develop measurement method that required to use CMM program for inspection. 2.To provide proper measurement equipment for quality activities including procurement and design review 3.To perform inspection and calibration activities internally or externally including registration, recall, and disposal. 4.To ensure MSA study is maintained per regular schedule. 5.To assist/coordinate of quality activities such as customer/supplier audit, process capability studies. , product and process changes, 6.To participate and promote cost reductions, continuous improvement activities, Health and Safety awareness, and adherence to Quality Systems. 7.To perform any other duties directed by immediate Supervisor. 8.Report health, safety, and environmental accidents/incidents immediately to the supervisor of the affected area. 9.Quality awareness as well as apply IATF 16949:2016 to the area of work. 10.Maintain 5S activities

Qualifications

Able to operate and programming CMM and drawing GD&T
Automotive manufacturing experience is an advantage
Familiar with IATF16949 QMS requirement
Able to use Microsoft office tools
Able to communicate in English (reading/writing/speaking)
