Job Descriptions
1.Master Scheduling of CTP construction Projects from main contractors associated with subcontractors to align with project owners' milestones and their requirements 2. All resources planning is to support a piling work, foundation, construction & structure, MEP and building finishing. Make a master scheduling as per project timelines and the owner's milestones to finish the projects as per construction plans and/or contract requirements. 3. Follow up and update al project progresses to the company management, PMC and/or the project owners. 4. Issue daily, weekly and monthly reports to the higher management. 5. Hi-lite all potential factors or blocks to the project completion by risks management / assessment to all crucial factors would occur.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related degree
  2. Good skills in planning and risk assessment
  3. Good experiences in a construction field is preferred.
  4. 700 TOIEC Scoring in English and Thai Languages are preferred but Chinese communication is an advantage.
  5. Assistant Professional license is a plus.
