Job Descriptions
1. Design and develop Machines, tools, JIG fixtures, and other equipment to enhance manufacturing processes.
2. Machine acceptance and setup calibration.
3. Machine handover inspection and setup adjustment.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
5. Analyse production data and develop innovative solutions to increase productivity and quality.
6. Provide technical support and training to production staff on the use of new tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics)
- Good Command of English or Japanese
- Service mind with positive attitude.
- Management skills, supervisory skills, problem solving skills.
