- บริหารยอดขาย กำไร/ขาดทุนของร้านสาขา - บริหารโครงสร้างพนักงานร้านสาขา - บริหารจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล และ แผนการพัฒนาบุคลากร - บริหารวัตถุดิบ และสินค้าให้เพียงพอเหมาะสมกับยอดขาย - บริหารมามาตรฐานร้านสาขาให้ได้ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด - บริหารความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าที่เข้ารับบริการ - อบรมสอนงานพนักงานระดับ ผู้จัดการร้านสาขา - บริหารงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย - ตรวจเยี่ยม Audit ร้านสาขา - ติดต่อประสานงาน หน่วยงาน ภายใน ภายนอก Land lord OR และ หน่วยงานราชการ
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 25 - 40 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขา บริหารธุรกิจ เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารธุรกิจร้านกาแฟ ไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
  4. ใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point ได้อย่างดี
  5. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
  6. มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล และสามารถเดินทางไปทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้
