Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบยอดขายจากระบบระบบการขายว่าตรงหรือไม่ 2.ตรวจสอบบิลขาย, ใบเสร็จ, รายการลดราคา, Void และ Discountตรวจสอบรายการคืนสินค้า หรือยกเลิกออเดอร์ 3.ตรวจสอบเงินสดย่อยในแต่ละวัน (Cash Reconciliation) 4.ตรวจสอบต้นทุนวัตถุดิบ (COGS) ของสาขา 5.ตรวจข้อมูลการนับสต๊อกประจำเดือน (Physical Count) ของสาขา เทียบกับระบบให้ตรงกันในแต่ละเดือน 6.ประเมินความเสี่ยงการทุจริต ที่อาจจะก่อให้เกิดการทุจริตที่เกี่ยว 7.จัดทำแผนการตรวจสอบประจำปี (Audit Plan) 8.จัดทำรายงานสรุปการตรวจสอบ ร่างรายงานผลการตรวจสอบ พร้อมทั้งข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อทำการแก้ไขปรับปรุงและติดตามการปฏิบัติตามข้อเสนอแนะ นำข้อบกพร่องที่ตรวจพบ 9.งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีความเข้าใจในระบบควบคุมภายใน การจัดการเงินสด สต๊อก และการปฏิบัติงานในร้านอาหาร
  3. มีประสบการณ์งานตรวจสอบภายในหรือบัญชี อย่างน้อย 2 ปี (มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจร้านอาหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  4. มีความเข้าใจในระบบ POS เป็นอย่างดี
  5. สามารถเดินทางไปตรวจสอบงานตามสาขาได้
  6. เคยผ่านธุรกิจร้านอาหารมาจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
